The ten-year experience gained in production, with the help of high technology, used to produce worm screws, allows us to offer you products of the highest quality: this is mainly obtained thanks to the use of a carefully selected raw material and processed in a highly specialized department, where the threading of the worm screws is obtained and in which we are able to produce any production batch.
To traditional machines, used for small series, we have added a fully automated work island equipped with an anthropomorphic servo robot, which acts as a numerically controlled threading and slotting machine, as well as a device for cleaning the pieces from processing residues and as a marker.
To meet every single need of our customers, it is possible both to entrust us with the complete supply of worm screws, and only the threading, made on the semi-finished products that you supply, followed, if necessary, by heat treatments and finishing operations. rectification.
We are currently able to work parts starting from a minimum diameter of 12 mm, to reach a maximum of 250 mm, with modules that can vary from 0.75 to 10.
You can make use of an innovative calculation software for the study of sizing and coupling of worm screws – helicoidal wheels, which we have developed independently and which has proven to be much more practical and flexible than standard programs on the market, but above all you can count on experience. of our technicians and on the specialized training of each of our collaborators.
